Hi,I wanted to know if it's possible to disable auto assign of tickets when they are answered by staff. Currently, if an open ticket is answered by a member of the staff, it gets assigned to that particular staff. We would like replies to go back into the open tickets and not be assigned to a particular staff as we have different shifts and all members can respond to tickets unless it needs to be escalated.We are running osTicket 1.8.1 and I do have "Auto-assign unassigned tickets on response" unchecked.Thanks in advance.David
