Time of Day Based Ticket Assignment

I am setting up OS Ticket for my company's internal support issues. I am wondering if it is possible to have tickets assigned to specific staff members based on the time of day the tickets are received.


  • There is currently no way to do what you are asking in the UI.  There has been some talk about revamping ticket filters and this sounds like something that might be useful to pose as a suggestion for that revamp.
