So, I would like for somebody viewing a ticket from a specific department or group, such as BILLING, to have a default message or alert that appears on the top of any ticket from THAT department only.Basically, I have a policy that I want to show up about discussing credit card numbers over the ticket system and security concerns with doing so. Basically an alert like, "please do not communicate full credit card numbers with staff when discussing charges". That message would not make a lot of sense, if it appears with a ticket regarding shipping or something random but works great with billing. How can I make it so that only billing inquires see that notification???
