Unable to get mail being sent by SMTP

I've got big problem regarding configuration of osTicket.
I configured osticket to send e-mails by SMTP. But anyway, it send all e-mails by sendmail. Only error I get in log is (because I don't have sendmail installed on my server) "sh: 1: /usr/sbin/sendmail: not found".
Here is outgoing mail config:
My osTicket version is latest revision of 1.7, but I got the same issue when used 1.8.


  • If you are sending email via sendmail... how can you not have it installed on the server? /boggle.  Your screen shot shows that you have email configured via SMTP.

    What do you have configured in your php.ini? I would explicitly check for the following directives in your php.ini:
