Hey ismannen,You will need to know a couple of things to make this happen - the list for which your yes/no option is stored in and the form field it is assigned to.I have not done this with a customer related object, but I would assume that you need to modify the sql statement on the ticket-view.inc.php to include the answer to the which one was selected (yes or no) and then create a new set of columns to include a header and the value of their yes/no choice.I hope this makes sense.
