CRM/customer portal based on osticket 1.7.3

I had to build a very custom ticketing system and associated helpdesk for a IIG company year ago.
I started working with 1.7.3,
Finally customized and added so much new features that later I planned to release my works titled as a crm, As my first work was,

Current base features are:
# trouble ticket management: create, discuss, escalate
# client management: add client accounts. Complete client portal with login
# crm users and access levels: admin, staff/executives, managers, engineers
# Service order management: create, manage, escalate, report: current Service order form is designed for IIG/IGW companies
# Admin report/overview page
# user groups and departments

  • You may want to consider setting up a demo so people can see your version in action. :)  But from the screen shots you posted in the other thread this looks neat, good job.
