I am trying to configure: Login info (optional): Required when IMAP/POP and/or SMTP are enabled.

I am getting error: Unable to login. Check SMTP settings.
Under SMTP Settings (Optional) I get the following.
Failed to connect to pod51015.outlook.com
My osTicket installation is hosted by 1and1.
Has anybody successfully got osTicket working with Office 365?
