Feature request: Add a ticket post/reply edit option to edit a ticket after it has been posted. For example, if staff posts to a ticket and catches a mistake (such as in a URL or spelling/wording, etc.), it would be nice if the post could be edited to correct the mistake. Since the system emails the user upon posting, the post with the mistake would be delivered, but at least when checking in the portal, the user would see the correction (and maybe the post would be marked that it had been edited). Maybe editing would be enabled for a configurable amount of time, too. A preview option in addition to a post option might also be helpful, so staff could review their post before it is actually sent and potentially catch the mistakes that would require or be helped by the edit feature.
