adding infor to a ticket via email.

hello; 

is it possible to add some information to a ticket (text, attachemnts) sending an email to the system, but by other than the creator of the ticket?.

Let me explain the scenario, we have a running osticket 1.8.1 installation; wich is working great. Person1 gcreates a ticket over email, person2 manages the ticket trough the interface, responds to it, etc.

Person 3 is not involved on the ticket creation or sresolution but happens to have some information on an old email. is it possible for person 3, to send an email to the system (for sure it has to have a special Subject) so it adds the information to the ticket?
