Some tickets require large binary file attachments (~300mb) as the software we support has large datasets. What are are our options. Here is what I am thinking:Integrate some kind of PHP to FTP script into the ticket form that renames the files by the ticket number and upload to a certain folderIntegrate a drag an drop AJAX scriptIncrease the PHP file size limit and have them upload archive in parts (01.rar, 02.rar, etc)I would like something automated so the files are tagged or named by the ticket/case number.
