Hi there. Great product. I'm hoping I didn't miss the topic already during my searches. I have followed the FAQ under http://www.tmib.net/osticket-18x-frequently-asked-questions-faq#6 about adding customization to tickets. I was able to successfully add a drop down box when i opened a new ticket. This is awesome. The problem I'm running into is that the information in that dropdown needs to change if / when it's reassigned to someone else. I can't change it after the ticket is created. I'd be greatly appreciative if someone would point me in the right direction.Thanks,
