I was wondering if it would be hard to add a column to the staff ticket list with an field from a Custom Form added to the ticket template, the field being populated with values from a Custom List and having a variable name assigned to it.Most information I find on custom fields seems to apply to older versions of osTicket that to my understanding didn't have Custom Form support and I'm also in the dark as to how to add a column. We're using osTicket 1.8. If anyone could point me in the right direction (preferably with samples :) am I asking too much?) I'd appreciate that very much!
