Department / show assigned to in open tickets
If I change the "show assigned tickets" setting to disabled (settings->tickets) it removes the name to which it is assigned and adds the deparment in place.
Would there be an option to show them both (assigned name + department)?
I've tried to change tickets.inc.php:
$showassigned=false; //Not showing Assigned To column since assigned tickets are not part of open queue
$showassigned=true; //Not showing Assigned To column since assigned tickets are not part of open queue
But this removes the department.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
