Hi Techies,Recently I have configured Os Ticket for my company, it works smoothly.I have two quires listed here1) How can I create a ticket through email. 2) An user created a ticket by using gmail ID then I replied from OS Ticket staff panel, once user receipt the reply, he replied back to me but I didn't receipt the it at staff panel. but when I logged in my helpdesk@xyz.com I could see the reply mail (helpdesk@xyz.com is support ID linked with OS Ticket), is it possible to get the reply as a conversation list. In attachment you can see there is only my reply, users reply is not listed there.Seeking for valuable support.Thanks,Dinesh Mehta
