OS Ticket database migration
Hi i wonder if someone could point me in the right direction, we had a developer set up and host our OS Ticket database roughly a year ago, i have not been able to get in touch with him for a month or 2 and have a few issues.
i am a bit concerned!! i need to know if it possible to extract the database into a new installation? i am worried that the hosting will expire, the system will stop and we will lose the ticket history already created (roughly 500 - 600 in the past year)
