'Subject' criteria missing when creating a ticket filter?

We'd like to create a ticket filter that prevents email spam to the support system from creating a new ticket.
It seems like we should be able to look for a [ in the subject line, but 'Subject' is missing from the Rules Matching Criteria.
So how can we do it?


  • "Issue Summary" is the subject line.
    "Issue Details" is the body.
