I am trying to remove the links for client to create new tickets.Tickets will be created by our support staff.Clients will be accessing already created tickets.I have removed the new ticket link on the nav bar and from the main area of the customer landing page.There is a link on the "Check Ticket Status" page."If this is your first time contacting us or you've lost the ticket number, please open a new ticket."Can someone point me in right direction as to where I can find this, and remove it please.Thanks
