How to limit only tickets from department A is shown when the manager logs in ?

I have created a manager under department A. The problem is when he logs in he's able to see all open, overdue and closed tickets for both department A and B. 

- How do I restrict his account to only see tickets from his department only ?

- The same issue when a staff from department a logs in, how to limit him from seeing any other staff tickets ?



  • Sounds to me like you setup your departments/teams wrong.  I'd remove people from any teams that you have them in ... unless they explicitly require access to multiple departments.
