Ticket assignment message

Hi All :)

Is there a solution to include the complete history of a ticket in the "ticket assignment message" to the staff member?
It only needs to include the mails received from the customer.



  • Have you tried adding one or more of the message variables to the email template for assignment notifications?

    Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates -> your template -> Ticket Assignment Alert?

    Does anyone know a possibility to show all content of a ticket in the ticket assignment message?

  • There is no way that I know of to do that in 1.7.  And you should really upgrade.
