I wrote a plugin that allows you to have "scheduled tickets" meaning you can schedule a ticket to occur once in say for example, three weeks, or you can have a ticket recur from one hour to five years and everything in between. There is also variables that can be included in the subject or body thread of the ticket so that when a ticket gets generated, you can add some distinguishing features to it.Check it out here:https://github.com/jbreindel/ScheduledTickets
