Staff veiw all tickets

At the moment, if a member of the 'staff' group logs in, the only tickets they can see are the unassigned or tickets assigned to them. Is there a way to let them veiw all tickets regardless if they are assigned to someone else or not?

  • There's a setting for that in the Admin panel.

    Assigned Tickets: Show assigned tickets on open queue.
