Subject as help topic value in new ticket open


I want to help how to make the selected help topic as a subject, can any one guide me to that

  • In the Admin Control Panel, go to Emails, then Templates.

    Select the default Template and pick the email template you'd like to edit since it wasn't clear to me if you wanted the subject to appear in the notice to staff or to the submitter.

    In the subject line, you need to place %{ticket.topic} where you'd like the help topic to appear.
