Hi,how do i enable new ticket notification to ticket submitter ?
Admin panel -> Settings -> AutoresponderNew Ticket
mine doesn't seem to have it please look at the attachment

You image indicates that you have already told osTicket to send emails to clients on opening a new ticket.Have you configured PHP? or SMTP?
Yes, unless I'm missing something !Admin is getting email notification for new tickets, assignee staff or group are getting email notifications on new ticket but not the submitter !
PM the URL to your system so I can open a ticket and see if I get an email?HAve you disabled it at the department level? Admin panel -> Staff -> Department -> the department the ticket is being routed to.
Doesn't seem to be disabled in Department Level
