Ticket sharing: I'm in the support department however what I mean is I would like it to be a co-ownership so in the support department I'd like to share the ticket with another user so it shows up in their own ticket page as well instead of going to all tickets.multi-user ticket editing: to break this down i'll do this* staff side: just like in google docs there should be some type of notification letting you know a staff is in the ticket and they are either writing in the notes or in the ticket section. If anything maybe not lock the note section down for staff?* Client side: Client should be able to respond while the staff is in the same ticket and then my refresh page will update the ticket showing the new client message.pop up notification: It doesn't have to be a new browser window it could be inside the web page itself or say you switch tabs the tab name of os ticket could flash showing new update like google chat does letting you know someone has posted a new message so you can switch back to the osticket tab and respond.guide for icons: I've attached the photo of what I meanTicket sharing: I'm in the support department however what I mean is I

I can see a phone icon so I guess that means it's created via the phone.
