osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now - Closed Tickets show ZERO for admin with "Limit ticket access"


our osTicket is self hosted and I am admin with the "Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets." activated.

After upgrade to the "Closed Tickets" counter now ALWAYS shows Zero (0), no matter how many more tickets I close.
While before the upgrade the headline was having 3 words: "My Closed Tickets" and it was showing number of (32).



PS: I had similar ticket counter issues when 1.8.0 was released.


  • I forgot to mention that also the "Closed Ticket" page show NO TICKETS. But the system does have tickets which I closed myself.

  • This is the expected behavior. A staff with limited profile will only have access to assigned open tickets. Closed tickets do not have the concept of assignment.
