I am new to osTickets so please forgive me.The ticketing system keeps trying to connect to an email address which is hosted on a server that is down. And until we can get to that server, it is constantly sending alerts every 10 minutes because it can't connect to that email. Is there a way to do disable it? Or get around it somehow?Within the admin panel, in the Alerts & Notices section the system errors check box is disabled.We are using version 1.6.
