Additional Email Notification
I have a help topic of that I wish to work slightly differently from the norm.
When a ticket is opened usually the customer gets an email with a link as does the department that the ticket is for.
I want to have a third email that sends to a static address each time a ticket is logged under this topic, is this possible? If so, how?
