HelloI also find out that after upgrade to 1.8.1.2, the "Closed Tickets" tab now ALWAYS shows Zero (0) for all staff, no matter how many tickets they closed.Before the upgrade Staff where able to see Closed Tickets, how can we fix that ?Thank you
This is not a bug. Starting with 1.8.1.2 we addressed an issue where the system leaked access of closed tickets.Access based on assignments is revoked at the closing of a ticket. For continued access, make sure the staff in question are assigned to a group with access to ticket's departments.Thanks,

All tickets are generally assigned a department.(you have a default department at Admin panel -> Settings -> System -> Default Department)if that is set to foo.Then a staff needs to be in the foo department to see the ticket.
