1.6ST logging deleted tickets?
Have an issue with tickets disappearing from the system. It's never been a problem in the past few years, but now after adding new staff, there are a rash of complaints. I'm sure the tickets are being deleted, but there doesn't seem to be any way to prove that, much to my surprise. It isn't logged anywhere when someone deletes a ticket? It really just disappears as if it were never there?
