[resolved] Deleting internal notes

Hello all,
Other than going into the DB, is there a way to delete internal notes within a ticket?
We have run into several times where a support member accidentally pasted info into the internal notes section and saved.

We are using v1.8.1.2.

If no option is available it would be a nice feature request for an admin to be able to delete internal notes.

  • There is no way to do that via the ui.
    There is no way planned to do so at this time.
    [Most] Internal notes like ticket updates are not malleable on purpose.
    You can edit User internal notes.
