[resolved] Deleting internal notes
Other than going into the DB, is there a way to delete internal notes within a ticket?
We have run into several times where a support member accidentally pasted info into the internal notes section and saved.
We are using v184.108.40.206.
If no option is available it would be a nice feature request for an admin to be able to delete internal notes.
