Hey, it would be nice if there was an option somewhere to select individuals team members/entire support team from within a ticket and then be able to send them a notification email. The idea here is a ticket is picked up by a tech who then needs to request further information from other team members (Tier 2 for example) but does not want/need to transfer the ticket just yet. There may be a way of doing this already but I am overlooking it. Our goal is to have internal conversations with our tech staff about a ticket within osTicket instead of using company email. This way all conversations are documented and whoever is assigned the ticket in the end would be able to see what all was done up to this point from within one system. Thanks
