Help Topic per department
I installed OsTicket 1.8 and works fine. My main doubt is how can we work with two different department and the "Help topic" appears only per department.
In other words, If I have "Soporte Department" and "Aula Department", I would like that user of the first department only can see "Help Topic" of this category, and the same with the other.
Can you help me, please?
