Filter according Custom Form

Hi,

I am using the osticket 1.8, I want to set the SLA plan according a custom form. Is it possible using the interface?

  • Currently in Admin panel -> Manage -> Ticket filters.
    You can choose any field that you have added to the built in Ticket Details form.

    For build my ticket filter
  • They have to be added to the built in Ticket Details form to be selectable at this time.
  • Would it be possible in the future to select costum flieds from the user details?
  • its my understanding that is the plan.
