default department

I just install osticket v1.8.1.2 and it's really great , but i have man question but the most important one, is it possible to make the system can handle and check multiple department for example support and sales and issue a ticket for each ticket request?


  • Please better describe what you mean.  Each help topic can push a ticket to a specific department.
