I have created an Organization and added two users. In the Organization settings I specified both users as Primary contacts and then check both checkboxes below to include Primary Contacts and Organization Members to all tickets.
However when each of the users logs in they can only see their own tickets (they ones they submitted) and not all of their organization tickets which is what I would like.
Is there a way to achieve this?
