Disable Guest User


I would like to completely remove the Guest user from the customer login. Not logged in users to be redirected to the login screen and not be able to submit or view tickets without logging in. Is this possible?



  • I have found how to do this, from the Admin / Settings / Access panel, this can be controlled at the End User Authentication Settings Section.

    However now the problem is that logged in Users cannot go to their profile page. Clicking on Profile at the top takes the user to the front page. So their is no way for the user to change their password, even when allowed to do so from the Admin Settings.
