Hi, hope you guys can help.I use OSticket as a standard ticketing system for my IT support business. I also use it to log income and expenditure.Example, I do work for a client, send them the bill and once the bill is paid, I enter the 'payment in' amount into a custom field and also any expenditure into another field. This is a great way to keep my accounts in order as I go. I also manually create tickers for bills payed etc.In the old version, I just used to do this in the internal comments section. Example, I would put the amount in the title field, then type 'Payment In' in the details field. I could then do an SQL query to pull all entries with Payment In and amount which I would copy straight into a spreadsheet. With custom fields in the new version, it's great because I can now enter all these payments in to nice little fields. Now here lies the problem. In myPHPadmin, initially there was a table ost_ticket__cdata which beautifully lays out the data from the custom fields. That allowed me to query this table, joined with some others to show something like, Ticket ID, Name, Payment In, Payment Description, Payment Out, Payment Out Description which I can use with a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, this table vanishes and I can't find the data from the custom forms that can be queried.I did read that the ost_ticket__cdata is a temporary field (I'm not an advanced database user). I want to know if there's anyway I can get that table to stay in the database so it can be queried. I've tried to re-create the table in myPHPadmin, but it ends up with no data, most probably due to my lack of experience. Attached is a screenshot of how the table looked before it vanished.I know the data from forms goes into ost_form_field etc but I can't query the data in a useful way. Finally I am using a test platform for this so don't worry about the fact I'm messing with tables in myPHPadmin Any help would be greatly appreciated.
