HelloWe use google groups as our main email. Because google groups doesn't pipe we forward emails to other email account. Everything was fine. But recently yahoo changed DMARC. So now google sends all yahoo email address to a google group email and changes reply to email as main sender's email. Is there any possibility to add some checking if user is the same as google groups email change to reply to email. otherwise wedont see original senders email.thanks,Aki Sharipov
You can use ticket filters to accomplish exactly what you need.

It worked perfectIn case anyone is interested here are steps taken to fix DMARC issue.Go to Admin Panel -> Manage -> Ticket FiltersAddded new filter by clicking "Add New Filter"Filter Name: YahooTarget Channel: EmailsFilter Rules: Rules are applied based on the criteria: From drop down selected User/Email Address - Equal - "Youremail" Checked "Reply-To Email: Use Reply-To Email (if available)"this changes your email to replyto email.
