Ticket Filter - Stop processing not working
When I create a filter for something, and check the box to Stop processing further on match! the system still processes other filters.
Filter 1 is setup to look at the Topic ID (which I have confirmed matches in the database for the help topic) then assign the ticket to team A
Filter 2 is setup to look at the Location (custom field in ticket) and assign the ticket to team B
Filter 1 is setup with the Stop processing further on match!
When I submit a ticket, and select the help topic with the ID from filter 1 and the location from Filter 2, the ticket is assigned to team B.
I want the system to process Filter 1, detect that the Topic ID matches, then STOP processing the other filters (which have a higher execution order). Therefore leaving the ticket assigned to Team A.
