Users can't log in after upgrade

I recently upgraded, and users are now unable to log in. They get:
You've reached maximum failed login attempts allowed.

Just for grins, I created a brand new user. I got the same message on the FIRST login attempt, although the email said it was the sixth (the previous 5 were from the other user).

The osTicket installation details are below.

  • Never mind. I don't know what was wrong, but after a number of password resets we got it to work. Maybe user error, I don't know.
