[1.9.1] Check Ticket Status

I prefer the checking of ticket status without sending through email just like the previous version (1.8) How do I change it back to that? Please help!


  • I have no idea what your asking... since you can check ticket status in every version of osTicket.  I repeat you do not need send emails at all if you dont want to... (but probably should)
  • 1.9.1 ticket status page by default is asking for email and ticket number right? then the button says something about sending the link through email.
