And I want to learn that, for example, we can assign our tickets to our staffs Thus, is it possible to get time, I mean for example, lets say a ticket assign to mr oker, so how does it take to solve the ticket problem or if he assign ticket to another staff, how long did he has the ticket?
I mean ı try to use a report system.
