Signature of Staff Member Response

I have tried to no avail to have the signature of the responding staff member, wether asgined to the ticket or not, show up in the bottom of the message in our templates.
Is there no Variable for the staff member logging the message?
I see %{ticket.assigned} and %{assignee}, but if the ticket is owned by someone else, their signature is in the newly created message (email).

Is there nothing for the person logging the message? (Variable)?

    You can use %{staff.signature} - but that assumes the staff has a signature. Please also note that the responding staff gets to choose the signature to use  (i.e My Signature, Department's signature or None) - which is made available to reply template as %{signature} variable.
