Running osTicket 1.9.1 on Windows with PHP 5.3.21.
We accept emailed crash reports that are picked up via IMAP. All crash reports will have a zip attachment and this is added to the generated ticket correctly when the email is plain text or HTML format. If however the email is in Rich Text format with a winmail.dat attachment then the zip file is not extracted from the email.
The error shown in the generated ticket is "File Import Error - Invalid file type (ext) for CD2014CrashReport.zip".
I have only enabled .zip as an attachment extension. Do I need to add .dat as an acceptable extension in order to get the zip file extracted correctly, or is something else causing the problem ?
