Alert emails were delayed by 20 minutes

I installed newest version of osTicket 1.9 on my shared BlueHost Linux server, everything worked fine, only problem (big problem) was all the alert emails send to admins, staffs and users were 20 minutes late, asked BlueHost customer they said because of their mail server was too busy, all emails were in queue to be sent, that really shame of Blue Host. I use Go-daddy (shared Window hosting) and emails were sent out immediately but I can't use Godaddy becaus of this problem when submitting a new ticket: http://ost.enhancesoft.com/forum/discussion/77480/

    So... your hosting company had an email back log so I'm not sure why you started another thread...when you could just update your old one at: http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/77480/

    Closing duplicate thread, also mail queues at your web host really isn't an osTicket problem.
