osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
1.9.1 NewTicket (staff panel) doesn't update NewTickets(#)
1. Click New Ticket button from staff panel (points to tickets.php)
2. complete details, click open button to create the ticket.
3. osT says ticket created.
4. Assigned to email has link to ticket. Can follow link to ticket.
5. New Tickets (#) is not updated. Click on New Tickets and the new ticket ID is not listed.
Workaround. Create New Ticket from User screen (button points to open.php)
