New ticket - cache remembers incorrect match of name and email addy. How to remove same

Love OS ticket.

I have an issue, somewhere an age ago I created a ticket with Person Name X linked to my email address. When logging a new ticket, and typing in my email address it shoes this other Person Name X name instead of my name. How do I remove this "remembered" name and link?

Hope what I type makes sense.

    • View a ticket with that user as the owner -or- go to Users -> search for user. 
    • Edit the user.
    • Change the email address.
    • Click Update User
