Change ticket ownership massively
I have a list of 130+ tickets that I would like to change ownership. After upgrading to 1.9.1 I would like to organize the user list and I see a lot of tickets under misspelled emails from the users itself that I wish to transfer the ownership to the correct email account, then delete the misspelled account from the user database.
Any ideas out there?
