Feature Request: Repeated alert about overdue tickets
I noticed that osTicket only notify staff member once about overdue ticket.
It would be nice to have configurable "overdue notification" systems that would:
1. Notify staff member more frequently based on ticket priority, and may be other factors.
2. Will send overdue ticket report to team leader/manager
