Hi all,I'm new to osTicket so still working things out and getting to know the system so I may be way off here.The "Auto-assign To:" field on help topics doesn't seem to do anything. I want to push all my maintenance and system alerts to a specific department/person but the tickets come into the system (via email) and the only thing that changes on the ticket is the priority (set to low).I have: "cpanel@companename.tld" which is in the "Maintenance" department, priority set to "Low", Help Topic set to "Maintenance/System Alerts".In my "Maintenance/System Alerts" help topic, it is a "Public" type, no parent topic, no custom form, "Maintenance" department, "Low" priority, default SLA, default Thank-you, Auto-assign To: "Person's name", Auto-response disabled.Please see attached pictures for clarity.EDIT: Server information:Server InformationosTicket Versionv1.9.1 (0e29c8d)Server SoftwareApachePHP Version5.4.29MySQL Version5.5.36(All PHP extensions have ticks)
